An intimate PNW mirco-wedding filled with joy, in a time filled with the unknown.
You don't need me to tell you about the year 2020 and all that it brought with it.
Something unexpected that it brought for me, was the opportunity to continue to expand my photography and the time to capture some incredible moments. This beautiful micro-wedding was one!
The uncertainties of the world aside, it was truly a dream day.
It was pure joy to follow these two from start to finish, as they said 'I do' in front of a small group of friends and family, and celebrated afterwords in the perfect setting!
The venue was so sweet. They had family member with a community area in their neighborhood, overlooking the iconic Puget Sound. How much better could it get? There was an area to set up a reception, a lovely backdrop for the ceremony, and a bonus pathway down to the water where we could sneak away to take some photos both before the ceremony and at sunset. Even with so few attendees, every couple still needs some time to themselves on their wedding day to let it all sink in!
Always take the time to breathe together on your wedding day. Take in the moment, just you two!
So many things made this wedding a practically perfect photographers dream! A gorgeous couple who were every bit in love, extra time for photos, excellent lighting (thanks nature!), a stunning location, and the calm atmosphere knowing that this moment had arrived for them and now nothing could that away.
They waited 4,028 days, and didn't have to wait any longer!
Enjoy a look through Regina and Grayson's wonderful day!
